Apparently:
Spice Boy aka Matt Lloyd, a local Tampa morning show co-host, was arrested this past Wednesday after an incident at a nightclub.
Eye witnesses claim that "Spice Boy" was acting very rudely to a small group of patrons at a small club in east Tampa. The accused was said to have been heavily intoxicated and possibly on some sort of medication. "Spice" was arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning following a confrontation with a photographer. The DJ was thought to be arrested for assault but was later released without charge.
The incident happened outside the Tu Pac Palace cocktail bar in Tampa which "Spice" had visited after a Meet and Greet at the local Taco Bell.
A spokesmen for the police said "We can confirm that a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Tampa city centre nightclub in the early hours of this morning. He was released without charge and no further police action is being taken."
