the way it works is you DL an app.... your cell knows your GPS - (due to cell
s being an invasion of privacy but that's another argument)
so basically - you enter your info and a picture - and leave the app running... if someone else in your "area" is running the app and matches your interests it alerts you - then you can text the person... perhaps meet
